General Conditions

RESERVATION

Reservations for Appartement Maison Caryatides can be made from our website or through our partner websites.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

In case of cancellation of your stay, as soon as you inform us, the following charges will apply:

If we receive your cancellation more than 2 weeks before the planned date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

Receipt of your cancellation less than 2 weeks and at least 8 days before the date of arrival, a charge equal to 50% of the amount of the stay will be made.

Cancellation received less than 8 days before the date of arrival, as well as no-shows (effective from 7 p.m.) will be charged the full amount of the stay.

If a stay of several nights is cut short, 50% of the remaining nights will be charged as compensation, with a minimum of one night.

If for exceptional circumstances and beyond our control, we are forced to cancel your stay, an alternative solution will be proposed and the amounts paid will be refunded.

TIMETABLE

Arrivals are from 4PM until 10PM.

In case of late arrival, we would be happy for informing us.

Departure at 12AM.

FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND

Respect for a certain art of living is required from all guests to guarantee the quietness of the place and the comfort. Maison Caryatides is a non-smoking house and it is forbidden to light candles or incense.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

For reasons of quietness and hygiene, our friends the animals are unfortunately not accepted. In case of departure of a client motivated by the refusal of his pet, no refund can be considered.

CAPACITY

The capacity of the flat is clearly indicated for 4 persons. It is not possible to add extra beds.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Guests are responsible for any lost items, damage or deterioration in the flat and the accessible areas, and must inform us as soon as possible.

CLEANING COSTS

Cleaning service of 30 € is automatically added to your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

KEYS

Maison Caryatides is accessible with a key given on arrival. In case of loss, a fee of 20 € will be charged.

PARKING

The nearest public car park (100 meters) is behind the church of Saint Pierre, which is located in our street. Other public car parks are available in the village.

Our prices are quoted without deductible VAT.
